Auburn's Bryce Starks captured the U21 National Championship Qualifier at Fast Friday's. Starks competeted against the best under 21 riders in California and came out on top. Racing since 2004 at Fast Friday's Starks will have a chance to represent the United States in the world U21 championships in Europe in 2010. Billy Janniro won his 10th scratch main event.
Special TT racing was added to the exciting Fast Friday's Program that included the U21 National Championship, and a full regular Division I-III racing.
