Kirby Photography is a photo service based out of Auburn California. Michael Kirby has been a freelance photojournalist in Auburn California area for over 13 years, specializing in sports and general news photography. As the Endurance Capital of the World, Auburn California is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, and is home to many major endurance sporting events. The Western States 100 Endurnace Run, the Tevis 100 Endurance Horse Ride, the Auburn International Triathlon, the American River 50 Mile Run, the Coolest 24 Hour Mountain Bike Ride for cancer, and the Fast Friday's Motorcycle Speedway, all events I have covered for many years. Kirby Photography is also available for studio, commerical, event, wedding, and special photo projects.
